Relax and help others relax
The term “wellness and spa” refers to the concept of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing achieved through treatments and therapies carried out within a wellness centre, known as a spa.
These treatments may include massages, thermal baths, saunas, skincare treatments, meditation and other activities aimed at relaxation and restoring inner balance.
A spa wellness experience aims to improve a person’s overall health and wellbeing, reduce stress, relax the body and mind, and foster a sense of relaxation and tranquillity.
