What could be more heart-warming and romantic than cooking for the one you love? The holiday home Classic MAD suite in Bernalda, offers you a small kitchenette in a suite dating from 1866, which you can use for a romantic evening with your loved one.

Within 20 metres of the suite, you’ll find everything you need to prepare anything from the simplest dish – such as two scrambled eggs for a gentle start to the day – to a more elaborate meal. Whether it’s a traditional Lucanian dish or not, it doesn’t matter! You’ll find plenty of ideas on our website. Or you can ask our staff. Otherwise, let your imagination run wild! Carbonara? Fillet steak? Pasta with crusco peppers?

Tagliatelle? Fish? Roast meat…? Anything is possible, if love is what drives you!

You’ll also be delighted by the selection of wines, which you’ll find right in your suite in the wine cellar; alternatively, just a few metres away, you’ll find a supermarket, a butcher’s, the covered market and everything you need just a stone’s throw from your suite. A good meal isn’t complete without the right wine. But that’s not a problem… you’ll find your favourite bottles there too, or, as always, our staff will be happy to advise you on the finest wines from Basilicata’s most renowned producers.

In your suite, you’ll find everything you need to prepare a romantic dinner in an exclusive setting. And what could be better, after enjoying a fine bottle of wine, than being enveloped by the enchanting atmosphere of a period house with a hot tub and chromotherapy, and an original 19th-century mezzanine with a comfortable double bed – the perfect place to make love?
